KTL1600 Atmosphere Tube Furnace
The KTL1600-degree tube furnace utilizes silicon molybdenum rods as heating elements and features a dual-layer shell structure and temperature control instrumentation. It offers the capability for 30-segment programmable temperature control, phase-shift triggering, and thyristor control. The furnace chamber is constructed using alumina polycrystalline fiber material, and the ends of the furnace tube are sealed with stainless steel flanges. The stainless steel flanges are equipped with gas nozzles, valves, and pressure gauges. During vacuum pumping, the vacuum level can reach 10^-3 Pa. This furnace boasts advantages such as uniform temperature distribution, low surface temperature, rapid heating and cooling rates, and energy efficiency. It is an ideal product for high-temperature atmosphere sintering, atmosphere reduction, CVD experiments, and vacuum annealing in universities, research institutions, and industrial enterprises.
